Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping:

Free shipping to all 50 States, US Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses:

Your item will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your cleared payment. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We use several different shipping options and will ship your item using the most economical method based on your address. Usually we use USPS First Class Mail service, so you may receive your package within 3-6 business days after it has been shipped.

-  Also, we provide express service at additional cost- $30 (this option not available for: Alaska, Hawaii US Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses).

- Shipping time for special orders defines during quotations.

- All packages come with tracking information.

International Shipping:

Currently we do not ship orders outside of USA. 

You can use shipping forwarding companies with US address, please see examples: shop2ship.com; www.myus.com; planetexpress.com; www.shipito.com.  Or any similar companies which have better shipping rates to your country.

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please, check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior buying.

 

Warranty

All cables come with 3-Year Warranty from the date of original purchase against faulty materials or workmanship. May you find any defect please, contact us via Contact Form and provide your order number, we will repair or exchange the item.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication of the product.

Please, Note: Guitar picks are not covered by the warranty.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product and would like to return it. You may return or exchange it for the same or a like product. Castline will provide a prepaid return shipping label

Aside from reported damages or defects, all returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, dinging, or scraping.

Please Note: There are no returns on special orders unless shipped in error or defective. Special orders are covered by our 3-Year Limited Warranty.

If you are not satisfied with a product and want to return it. You may return it for a refund of the purchase price or exchange it for the same or a like product within 30 days from the date of original purchase. The original shipping cost of the product(s) returned will also be deducted from your credit or refund.

All items are checked before we send them out. If you would like to return item or item has a defect please, contact us via Contact Form within 30 days frame from delivery date.

Guitar picks are not returnable unless shipped in error or defective.

Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

We currently accept PayPal payments, also you can use  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards for online purchases using PayPal checkout without open a PayPal account. Your PayPal or credit card will be charged in time when you place your order.

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. Local sales tax is applicable in Ohio State 6.75%. Sales tax is calculated at the local tax rate of the shipping address.
